By using this website, submitting an application, or purchasing a package or coach contact list from The Next Level, you agree to these terms.
The Next Level provides athletic recruitment support, including profile building, highlight reel guidance, coach outreach, and a self-serve coach contact database (Coach Contacts). We act as an advisor and intermediary — we do not represent any university, athletic conference, or governing body, and we are not a sports agent under NCAA/NAIA regulations.
We do not and cannot guarantee a scholarship offer, trial, or roster spot. Final recruitment decisions are made solely by individual coaches and institutions. Our packages are sold for the service and effort provided, not for a guaranteed result.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Package fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coach Contacts purchases are for a single division dataset as described at the time of purchase.
Coach Contacts database purchases are digital products delivered instantly and are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law. Recruitment package refunds are considered case-by-case if no outreach work has yet begun — contact us to discuss.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the academic, athletic, and personal information you provide us. Misrepresentation may affect your NCAA/NAIA eligibility and is outside our control.
The Next Level is not liable for decisions made by third-party coaches, institutions, or governing bodies, nor for changes to athlete eligibility rules made by the NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
